!!DIET!!@o@

There are a lot of foods which are BAD for our health ;for example, a humberger, potato chips,fried potatps and so on. Certainly, they are delicious. HOWEVER...they contain a lot of oil. They makes us fat and cause serious disease. When we eat, we need to consider about the balance of nutrient.


**A well-balanced diet**


There are 5 important nutrient; carbohydrate, protain, vitamin, mineral and fat. In addition, dietary fiber is also necessary. We need to eat with thinking about nutrition.


To take these important nutrient well, food is divided into 4 groups.

  1. milk/a dairy product/ egg -They contain calusium or vitaminB2. It is said that Japanese is in lack of calucium. So these food are very important for us.
  2. fish and shellfish/meat/ bean -They contain protain, fat, vitaminA,B1,B2 or calucium.They make bone, muscle or blood.
  3. vegetable/potato(sweet potato,yam,taro,etc)/fluit -They contain vitaminA,C, mineral or dietary fiber.They make our conditions good.
  4. grain/suger/fat -They contain glucide, protain or fat. They make our energy.

EXERCISE!! )’0’(



Today's topic is EXERCISE!!


Recently,"diet"or"exercise" is in the spotlight.We often see the TV programs about them. Now, many girls or ladies long for being slender and beautiful. Exercise not only makes our figure beautiful but also keeps our conditions good. Being on a hard diet is bad for your health and causes serious disease;for example,
anorexia or bulima. So I think Exercise is the best way to become beautiful!!

There are many kinds of exercise; for example, jogging, walking, walking in the pool, stretch, yoga, boxing,ballet and so on.


I'll pick up YOGA!!
It is slow exercise and has a lot of poses. YOGA removes our fatigue or stress and enriches frexibility of our bodies. Moreover, by moving slowly and keeps the pose, we can burn off fat. There are
a lot of types of YOGA; power yoga, matarnity yoga, baby yoga and so on. If you start doing YOGA, try to find the best YOGA for you.
