At the camp in this summer vacation,I saw a movie called "Coach Carter".
This movie was produced by THOMAS CARTER. NOW,I want to tell you about the cast.Coach Ken Carter is acted by SAMEL L. JACKSON. He also appeared in "STAR WARS". In the almost all movies, he supported the movies. While,in this movie,he was stared. On this background,real KEN CARTER offered SAMEL to act him. That is to say,SAMEL was the just person to act Ken Carter.
There are 7 main members; DAMIEN,KENYON,CRUZ,WORM,JUNIOR BATTLE,LYLE and MADDOX.
I was surprised at their skills of basketball and slipped my mind that they are actors.
*STORY*
This movie is real-life story that happened in Richmond High School in California in1999.Richmond was the city which was very dangerous and had high unemployment.Coach Ken Carter was a graduate of Richmond and a representative member of the team of America.One day, he was offered the coach of the Richimond's basketball team. However, the team has no teamwork when he watched their match. Instead of accepting the offer,he signed with the members that they don't fail to award a minimum grade and have a good manners.His coaching was very strict! Owe to it, they gradually became strong. They extended their winning streak right along. However...one day, Coach Carter canceled all of their matches and shut them out the court, it is because that they had cleared their contract. He was rally angry and disappointed. He tried to make them do well their study and basketball. This action of Coach Carter was criticized by their parents or the mass media. The members who were shut out the court weren't motivated at first. However, they gradually started studying. Then, they clear the contract. Their teamwork becomes stronger and they aim to the top!!
