**A well-balanced diet**
There are 5 important nutrient; carbohydrate, protain, vitamin, mineral and fat. In addition, dietary fiber is also necessary. We need to eat with thinking about nutrition.
To take these important nutrient well, food is divided into 4 groups.
- milk/a dairy product/ egg -They contain calusium or vitaminB2. It is said that Japanese is in lack of calucium. So these food are very important for us.
- fish and shellfish/meat/ bean -They contain protain, fat, vitaminA,B1,B2 or calucium.They make bone, muscle or blood.
- vegetable/potato(sweet potato,yam,taro,etc)/fluit -They contain vitaminA,C, mineral or dietary fiber.They make our conditions good.
- grain/suger/fat -They contain glucide, protain or fat. They make our energy.
